Call to Tender: Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant for National Day of Action 2024
The Climate Coalition is inviting proposals from experienced Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) consultants to assess the impact of our upcoming National Day of Action on 12th October 2024. This critical event will mobilize communities across the UK to engage with their MPs, showing the widespread public support for climate and nature action.
Scope of Work:
Evaluation Design: Review existing KPIs and results, and refine tools to assess the event’s success in meeting its objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews, surveys, and qualitative evaluations to understand participation, especially among diverse demographic groups.
Impact Reporting: Provide a post-event evaluation report with key insights and a final report assessing the long-term community and political impacts after 6 months.
Debrief and Presentation: Lead debrief sessions and present findings to TCC members and other stakeholders.
Timeline:
31 August 2024: Submission of Expressions of Interest
6 September 2024: Consultant Appointment
September 2024: Evaluation Design Phase
12 October 2024: Initial Data Collection
8 November 2024: Interim Report Submission
December 2024: Final Report Submission
Budget: £7,500 (inclusive of a £25 honorarium for interview participants)

VOLUNTEERING
We're always looking for passionate and organised volunteers to be able to use their initiative to support our small, dynamic team and gain experience while working alongside us. If you are interested in volunteering with us, please send some information about yourself and the kind of experience you wish to gain to campaigns@theclimatecoalition.org.
Volunteers will be given opportunities to engage with The Climate Coalition events and membership. Any travel expenses incurred during the role will be reimbursed.
